Your Role
Be a part of an on-call rotation to help support our next-generation platform as it goes into production.
Be a technical mentor for the team in services that support modern architectures.
Work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure and Dev Ops team to support hand-offs and knowledge transfers.
Work closely with application owners to ensure monitoring is scoped, accurate, and actionable
Identify adequate monitoring and alerting to ensure compliance with SLAs and business needs.
Work to automate everything.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
4-6 years of experience with operational support of production workloads
Strong cloud infrastructure experience one or more environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP
Strong Linux system administration
Strong understanding of Kubernetes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work with a range of teams and skill sets.
Additional Background Preferences:
Certifications in one or more technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Harness, GitHub, and GitHub actions.
Familiarity with production IoT workloads (device and cloud)
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation for both infrastructure and code.
