Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You will perform various duties such as implementing new processes, refining processes and system configurations.
- Support core security and device management tools, including email security, web security and endpoint software and configuration delivery, which encompasses Microsoft 365 & Intune, Zscaler & Proofpoint
- Collaborate with corporate teams and end users to inform solution design.
- Implement, maintain and improve the company's IT security protocols.
- Maintain and improve the company's cloud infrastructure.
- Vendor technology selection including requirements definition up to presentation of recommendations to senior leadership.
- When assigned, act as "incident handler" in security incidents investigations and assessments, collecting evidence, mitigating impacts, implementing controls, conducting assessments and assisting in recoveries and restorations.
- Comply with all applicable Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization, fulfilling the specific information security roles and responsibilities as defined in such policies and procedures
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a hard science preferred.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as communication and people skills.
- Proficient with the English language, both written and verbal.
- 5-7 years of working experience in cloud operations and security tool management:
- General IT – more than 5 years of experience with enterprise device and user management
- Security Tools – more than 3 years of experience with enterprise security tools including EDR/MDR, email security and web security
- Networking – more than 3 years of experience with networking and working knowledge of networking principles
Modern Desktop – more than 5 years of experience with supporting a Windows workstation fleet
