Change Management Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Assess the impact of change initiatives and develop plans to mitigate risks and manage resistance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Strategic Communication Planning: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support the organization’s objectives and enhance our brand.
  • Collaborate with the Change Leads to identify communication needs and tailor messages for various audiences.

Content Creation and Management: 

  • Create high-quality communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and video content.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Change Readiness and Adoption:

  • Design and deliver communication strategies that promote change readiness and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
  • Develop and execute plans to manage resistance and foster a positive perception of change initiatives.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other assessments to evaluate the impact of change initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve change management and communication strategies.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
State the minimum level of education and professional experience required to be qualified for the role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in communications, with significant experience in change management.
  • Proven experience in leading communication strategies for large-scale change initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
List any preferred qualifications that could benefit the role but are not essential.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including social media, intranets, and content management systems.
