About the Team

As the member of the commercial team, you will work across various business portfolios ranging from Infrastructure to Nuclear, with opportunities to support major bids, projects, M&A, and broader business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering

  • PG in Construction Management/Project Management

  • A degree or certification course in Law (not mandatory – added advantage)

Mandatory Experience:

  • Required experience in any two of the following areas with demonstrable evidence about their willingness to expand into the other areas:

  • Commercial Governance

  • Bidding (Knowledge & experience in the win work cycle)

  • Contract Management/Contract Administration

  • Project Management – basics

  • Supply chain contracts management

  • Understanding of Engineering Contracts like FIDIC and NEC suites

Desirable Experience:

  • In addition to the mandatory requirements, we are also seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience

  • Experience in the Infrastructure/Construction/Heavy Industry Sector(s)/Nuclear, Power and Energy sector

  • International Working (France, Germany, China, Middle East) will be an advantage but is not mandatory

  • Tier 1 delivery

  • M&A

  • Commercialisation of new technologies/services

  • Project Management

  • Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support across the Win and Deliver work cycle

  • Support bid and project governance, including escalated approvals

  • Review client and supply chain contracts with Legal and Procurement

  • Support contract negotiations

  • Support on Project commercial management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the global teams
