ICF NEXT is looking for a Communication Project Manager to work from one of our client's premises.
As Communication Project Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and services
- Allocates resources according to need, defines work packages, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality control, risk analysis as well as daily management and follow-up
- Participates in working groups and progress meetings
- Manages portfolio planning and resources
- Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders
- Assesses change requests and coordinates change management
- Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements of the portfolio
- Oversees quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Lead the different project teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
- Admin support throughout
Knowledge and skills:
- Portfolio, project, service and/or quality management
- Knowledge of management standards, methodologies and reporting methods
- Problem solving mindset
- Usage of widely used portfolio and project management tools.
- Focus on the user/customer
- English: Understanding (C1), Speaking (C1), Writing (C1)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
