Role Summary:
In this role, you will work within the platforms team as a product manager focused on Enterprise and Compliance and be responsible for delivering features for the enterprise customers, and ensuring product compliance with the industry standards. You will participate in developing the strategy and vision for the team, and you will develop and maintain product roadmaps and features. This role would involve a lot of cross functional collaboration — working closely with the engineering, design,legal and executive teams to align business goals and requirements. .

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise and Customization Platform:

  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders to enhance platform customization capabilities
  • Own the roadmap and execution for the core customization platform focussed towards delivering on enterprise growth goals and drive the enterprise roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.

Compliance Roadmap Ownership:

  • Identify and develop the compliance roadmap, ensuring adherence to GDPR, data residency, SOC 2, and other relevant standards.
  • Work with legal, security, and engineering teams to implement and maintain compliance measures.

Infrastructure Team Enablement:

  • Work closely with the Infra team to ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
  • Oversee the handling of enterprise-grade data and privacy policies, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably within enterprise software and/or SaaS domains.
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, and data residency requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
