We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in the Machine Learning domain to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about software development, particularly in the areas of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a critical role in building and enhancing the software infrastructure that supports generative AI capabilities across multiple Adobe products in the advertising and marketing domain. This position encompasses the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through robust and scalable implementation.

What You'll Do
Software Development: Design, implement, and maintain systems that integrate generative AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
Algorithm Integration: Develop evaluations and benchmarks to seamlessly integrate ML applications into existing software infrastructure.
Tooling and Frameworks: Apply and improve frameworks like LangChain, chipping in for robust application development.
Quality Engineering: Ensure high-quality releases through detailed testing and debugging of both software and integrated AI components, addressing performance and user experience issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with ML specialists and product teams, understanding requirements and delivering solutions that meet business needs. This may involve coordination with global teams outside standard working hours.
Continuous Learning: Stay on top of the latest trends in software engineering and machine learning to continually improve your skills and the team's solutions.
Ethics and Compliance: Uphold ethical AI Software development best practices, focusing on fairness, privacy, and data security.

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in integrating machine learning models and maintaining ML pipelines, preferably in NLP or Generative AI contexts.
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Software Engineering Practices: Solid understanding of modern software development practices and lifecycle.
Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
Ethics in AI: Commitment to ethical AI practices.
Leadership Potential: Potential for technical leadership and project guidance.
