Job requirements:
- Overall experience of working on Oracle EPM Products including Hyperion for about 14-16 years with experience of working on Oracle EPM Cloud for at least 8 years.
- Solution Architect with 3-4 end to end to implementation and experience in EPM Cloud along with background in On-Premises Hyperion Planning also.
- Should have comprehensive functional knowledge on Planning, Budgeting, forecasting processes like Activity Based Costing, Zero-based budgeting, Rolling Forecast, OOTB Planning modules.
- Experience of working on Consolidation and Close will be an added advantage.
- Should have extensive hands-on experience with good client facing capabilities and communication skills and should be able to design and build complex planning systems.
- Good to have concepts of Cost & Revenue allocation and profitability analysis using PCMCS and/HPCM. Knowledge on transfer pricing would be additional bonus.
- Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff.
- Should be able to manage sales pursuits and assist the marketing team with EPBCS demos and actively participate in presales activities.
