What’s the opportunity?

The Content Operations Manager ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of content marketing efforts by managing workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights. This role is essential for optimizing content strategy and aligning efforts with business goals.
What you'll do:

  • Design and manage workflows for content creation, approvals, and publishing to ensure efficiency.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and deliver actionable, data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage and optimize tools and platforms for content production, analytics, and project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content operations with broader marketing objectives.
  • Standardize and document scalable content processes while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Use a data-first approach to identify opportunities for content distribution and performance optimization across channels.

What are we looking for?

  • Passion for data, analytics, and using insights to drive decisions.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, operations, or analytics.
  • Proficiency with CMS, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or SEMrush), and project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and optimize workflows.
  • Knowledge of marketing KPIs and performance measurement.
