The OCM Coordinator provides coordination and execution support across Organizational Change Management initiatives. This role supports the OCM team by preparing and coordinating change communications, managing scheduling and logistics, maintaining trackers, and supporting day-to-day delivery activities—enabling Change Management Specialists to focus on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
This role does not own change strategy or stakeholder engagement but plays a key role in ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality execution of change activities across initiatives and is an important part of the overall change management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format OCM communications (emails, presentations, one-pagers, intranet content) based on approved messaging
Coordinate reviews, approvals, and distribution of change communications
Schedule training sessions, town halls, workshops, and engagement activities
Manage meeting logistics, invitations, materials, attendance tracking, and follow-ups
Maintain OCM trackers, timelines, and status information across initiatives
Monitor action items and follow up to ensure deliverables remain on track
Support maintenance of OCM templates, tools, and shared resources
Assist with keeping OCM documentation and SharePoint/MagNET content current
Who We Are Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, communications, HR, PMO, or support role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support several initiatives concurrently
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Organizational Change Management, communications, HR, or project delivery
Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise initiatives
Interest in developing a career in change management or organizational development
Role Scope
Supports execution and coordination activities and does not own change strategy or messaging decisions
Work is completed under the guidance of Change Management Specialists using established plans and templates
