Coordinate monthly close, journal entries, trial balances, expense allocations, payments, and bank reconciliations across corporate entities and fund structures. Support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, board packages, KPI reporting, process improvements, technology initiatives, and analysis of new business opportunities. The role requires a fully qualified CA/CPA, strong Excel skills, accuracy, efficiency, and a continuous-improvement mindset. NetSuite knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily cash posting process in the ERP across management companies, general partners, and affiliated entities
- Coordinate closely with AP and AR teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of cash receipts and disbursements
- Manage bank balance circulation to key stakeholders and maintain the bank statement data room
- Performing bank reconciliation
- Drive efficiencies across all cash and treasury management functions through process improvements and technology enhancements
- Assist in ad hoc requests, technology initiatives, and special projects
- Provide support for and analysis of new business initiatives for firm growth
Requirements

•Fully qualified CA/CPA with 0-1 years’ experience
•Strong excel skills
