As a Transfer Pricing Vice President in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible to assist the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax teams members in executing the delivery of tax transfer pricing related compliance obligations and projects.
Job Responsibilities

• Work with and under the supervision of senior global corporate tax team members for transfer pricing-related matters involving businesses and entities.
• Aim to be part of the Centre of Excellence for Transfer Pricing in line with the senior tax leadership mandate.
• Focus on the daily function of the domain and work closely with relevant tax team members and other partners in finance, business management, and operations teams on transfer pricing issues.
• Assist senior team members in centralizing and standardizing the TP process across countries and regions.
• Ensure seamless assistance to the Tax Planning team with Transfer Pricing activities.
• Stay updated on tax technical developments-law, jurisprudence, and practices-and keep the leadership team informed with relevant updates.
• Prepare and coordinate annually the Global Line of Business Files, Master File, Local Files, and Country by Country Reports, including reviewing benchmarking, conducting functional analysis interviews, and report writing for the Group's TP documentation.
• Analyze and review tax transfer pricing data (CBCR - Country by Country Reporting) and related party transaction flows.
• Initiate reviews of intragroup/intercompany dealings.
• Provide Transfer Pricing advisory capabilities concerning JPM India entities and be responsible for reviewing and providing technical input into Line of Business matters, New Business Initiative Assessments (NBIAs), Change Management (CM), and others.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experienced professional with 10 years in tax transfer pricing role within a Corporate/MNC tax function or Big 4 consultancy firm.
• Relevant India Tax experience in Transfer Pricing and an understanding of the complexities of India Tax Law and Regulations
• The candidate is expected to provide thought leadership to proactively suggest options and opportunities to meet the leadership vision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, self motivated
• Work well individually and in a team. Strong team player, multi-tasker and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment with strong Team leadership skills essential
