About the opportunity
As Country Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for defined domain or business units and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Reporting to the Head of TA Delivery India, you will ensure regional hiring targets are met through consistent ways of working, strong stakeholder partnership, and high data quality in TA tools and systems.

What you will do
• Own regional TA delivery: Lead end-to-end hiring (attract, source, assess, offer, onboard) and continuously improve outcomes using talent insights and global metrics.• Lead and develop the team: Coach, mentor, and manage performance of TA Partners; build capability through structured feedback, development plans, and skill enablement.• Drive adoption and change: Lead implementation of new tools, process updates, and go-lives; ensure consistent execution of global standards and work instructions.• Enable hiring managers: Partner with business leaders and the Global CoE to enable effective hiring through training, structured selection, and clear process guidance.• Strengthen sourcing and selection: Guide talent marketing, sourcing strategies, and high-quality interviewing practices aligned to Ericsson branding and standards.• Champion Hiring Experience: Embed inclusive hiring practices and local/global strategies to improve hiring manager and candidate experience.• Ensure compliance and ethics: Maintain adherence to labour laws, GDPR, internal policies, and confidentiality; reinforce ethical hiring and risk controls.
You will bring
• 13+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a global organization• 5+ years leading recruitment teams in complex, fast-moving environments• Strong track record of KPI-led delivery (quality of hire, time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate experience)• Expertise across talent marketing, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management• Proven ability to lead change and drive adoption of tools and standard processes• Strong stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and analytics capability• Working knowledge of local labour laws, GDPR, and compliant hiring practices• Experience in a technology or engineering-led organization is an advantage
