As a Technical Product and Program Manager, you will be driving the execution of Chase Consumer and Community Banking's (CCB) data and analytics strategy, and operating model.
As an experienced Product Delivery Manager professional in Data and Analytics - Data Foundations Cross Product Team, you are very familiar with both product and program management best practices across the lifecycle of data and analytics foundational elements, and can transform how a firm delivers superior customer experiences through their product and service offerings. You are very comfortable with influencing key stakeholders, in various levels, in analytics, business, and technology to deliver leading edge innovation with the customer and the business impact in mind. You are comfortable with data and technology trends and their implications.
Job responsibilities

  • Drive Data Foundations (DF) offerings to get integrated to firm-wide products; contributing to the vision for the product and driving technical solutions in Data Foundations: Data Delivery, Data Lake, and Data Pipeline
  • Building the product roadmaps, write status and product feature reporting, and program charters to kick start and scale specific critical initiatives.
  • Partner with DF Team's Product and Program managers to execute across cross-cutting product features. Drive mechanisms for execution, collaboration, and prioritization.
  • Provide status updates wider audiences, liaise with customers and collect feedback on the product to adjust and drive feature requirements based on their needs and vision, track the execution, and solve blockers
  • Track short and long term portfolio of products, feature roadmaps, customer adoption. Provide visibility to DF roadmap and strategy. Contribute to strategic planning.
  • Managing a backlog and prioritization, track engagement of DF teams by managing a customer need/platform support matrix and customer asks.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10 to 14 years as a Technical Product and/or Program Manager or related role in a large matrixed organization in multiple time-zones
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to present to an executive audience
  • You can confidently influence and tactfully lead from the front without specific authority
  • Willing to deep dive technically and you thrive in environments where your customers and partners are technical
  • Embrace ambiguity and define clear strategies and priorities.
  • Problem solver seeking win-win solutions. Eager to learn, and share.
  • Detail oriented and drive to deliver customer focused end-to-end solutions


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in driving features in Big Data tools, infrastructure, and related tech
  • Master's in Business Administration and Degree in Computer Science or Related Engineering Disciplines.
  • Hybrid-60% in office.
  • 10% travel
