Role Overview:

CS Engineering

About the role-

  • Act as the first point of contact for Trellix corporate/enterprise customers.
  • Handle real-time voice calls, chats and emails by responding in a timely manner
  • Inaccordance to the defined SLO’s.
  • Be able to have a basic understanding of Trellix products and route customers to correct teams as necessary.
  • Provide resolutions on non technical issues.
  • Work in a team with assorted expertise.
  • Update customers on progress of their cases on a regular-basis.

About you-

  • 2+ years experience in phone based (inbound or outbound) process.
  • Any prior experience in a Customer Service/Technical support role is preferred.
  • Experience in managing international customer.
  • Exposure to any CRM tools.
