Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines, troubleshooting challenges, and continuously refining application features to enhance overall performance and user experience. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application features with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience in designing and configuring scalable applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
