Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Strong understanding of application architecture design and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance across distributed systems.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in cloud settings.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
