Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits, Workday Core HCM - Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday functionality - Experience in configuring Workday Benefits modules - Knowledge of Workday security and reporting capabilities - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Benefits - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required, Resource should have secondary skill and Workday Absence
