As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all concerned stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the application development lifecycle, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team growth and success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in UI Path Test Automation area - Needs to be proficient in UI Path Test Automation scripting - Responsible for leading the UIPath Test automation planning and implementation - Collaborate, train and manage the team to perform UIPath Test Automation. - Engage with multiple teams and communicate effectively with client stakeholders - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress, prepare and share daily reports with stakeholders involved and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: UIPath Test Automation development and testing - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with functional test processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years in UIPath Test automation and overall 7 years of experience in Testing area. - A 15 years full time education is required.
