Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration with other systems. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, and customizations. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting and analytics. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM security and access control. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment and administration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
