Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization techniques. - Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle. - Ability to integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with other SAP and non-SAP systems. - Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs for custom development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
