Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. - Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Intelligent Automation solutions across cloud (Azure) and AI/ML platforms. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application architecture, leading the design and implementation of architectural changes and innovations. - Partner with business teams to identify opportunities where automation delivers business impact. - Provide technical governance and best practices for automation pipelines, data flows, and API integrations. - Drive reusability by developing automation frameworks, reusable ML components, and reference architectures. - Ensure security, compliance, and performance of automation solutions deployed in Azure environments. - Mentor development teams on AI/ML, Azure cloud-native services, and automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications. - Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, particularly in Azure. - Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft technology including SQL DB and cloud architecture best practices. - proven experience architecting and delivering solutions with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Logic Apps). - Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs, Terraform and data pipelines. - Ability to assess and recommend improvements in application performance and scalability. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and services - Experience with AI model lifecycle management, from development to deployment and monitoring. - Familiarity with data pipelines and AI-specific data architectures. - Ability to assess AI workloads for performance, security, and architectural alignment. - Awareness of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks. - Good to have experience in working with Amethyst Studio
