Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with business objectives and user expectations. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement software solutions that meet defined specifications and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning. - Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and their applications. - Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for machine learning tasks. - Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and techniques for performance optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
