Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that software solutions meet client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the software development process to ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making activities that impact multiple teams, ensuring that the software development aligns with the overall project objectives and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive ECU Software. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems. - Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field is required.Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Computer Science or related field
