Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding and enhancing various components across systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to align on project goals and requirements, ensuring that the software solutions are both effective and efficient in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
