Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Java, Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management and integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
