What success looks like in this role:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta.
- Manage user lifecycle processes, access provisioning, and de-provisioning using SailPoint and Okta.
- Expertise on REST API, to support any integration of SailPoint with target systems and Okta API’s.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, access controls, and security best practices.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and identity governance processes.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and IAM-related issues.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
- Document IAM configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
- Expertise on application onboarding, MFA configuration, and policies configuration.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity governance, and privileged access management.
- Knowledge on directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java) for automation and integration will be additional advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in IAM issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a university (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline), or equivalent security industry work experience
