Purpose and Scope:
The Supply Chain Analyst within the Global Supply Chain Services (GSCS) team supports end-to-end supply chain operations through high-quality reporting, data analytics, and performance insights. This role works closely with supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, enhance operational visibility, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Reporting & Performance Management
- Develop, automate, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (e.g., KPIs, operational metrics, supply chain performance scorecards).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and outputs.
- Deliver timely insights and visualizations for stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and leadership teams.
Data Analytics
- Analyze large sets of operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform root-cause analyses to support issue resolution in areas such as planning accuracy, inventory management, logistics efficiency, and supplier performance.
- Build data models to support scenario analysis and strategic decision-making.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand data needs and process requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of analytics tools and automation.
- Assist in standardizing processes and documentation across regions to improve reporting consistency.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and enhance process efficiency within the supply chain management organization.
- Works with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
Contribute to global supply chain improvement projects by providing data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
- Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. - Experience
3–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, data analytics, or business services (global business services environment preferred).
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or global supply chain environments is an advantage. - Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, structured query language (SQL), and data manipulation.
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik sense/view).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools (e.g. IBP)
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics). - Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions and time zones.
