Role overview:
You will own analytics across HubSpot, SQL, and BI, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance, with accurate, real-time revenue insights. You will build full-funnel metrics, maintain data quality, support forecasting and financial reconciliation, and drive reporting for leadership and investors.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain full-funnel sales metrics
Create scalable BI dashboards for Finance, Sales, and Marketing
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, churn, and expansion
Ensure data quality, attribution accuracy, and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
Build SQL-based data models connecting CRM and financial data
Partner with RevOps on forecasting and performance management
Partner with Finance on revenue reconciliation and forecasting
Support board and investor reporting with accurate revenue metrics
Automate recurring reporting and eliminate manual workflows
Your profile:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or similar
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM: workflows, deal stages, dashboards, custom reports
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
Strong data quality assurance skills and high attention to detail
Basic accounting knowledge
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps
SaaS or fintech experience is a plus
