Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst (1-Year Contract) to support our POS data processes during a maternity leave cover. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data operations, detailed analysis, and structured workflows.
You will mainly be responsible for recurring audits of POS data quality, managing cleansing validations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational tasks.
The Team You Will be Part of
The Commercial Data Management team is part of GN’s Global Data & Analytics organization. We work at the heart of GN’s Enterprise commercial data ecosystem, ensuring that Point of Sale (POS) data, related master data, and all data cleansing processes are accurate, reliable, and ready to support business decisions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
SISO (Sell‑In / Sell‑Out) Analysis: Running the monthly SISO process by analyzing mismatches between Sell‑In and Sell‑Out data, supporting investigations, and coordinating clarifications with partners and Account Managers.
Data vendor Collaboration & Issue Management: Working closely with our data processing vendor through weekly updates, reviewing data cleansing files, validating flagged cases, and ensuring timely closure of data cleansing issues that impact data quality and business reporting.
Data Quality Management: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of POS and partner master data through regular data quality checks, identifying inconsistencies, and coordinating corrections with internal and external stakeholders.
Ad‑hoc Requests & Ticket Handling: Responding to business and stakeholder requests through emails and meetings, providing timely data checks, clarifications, and operational support.
Documentation & Process Maintenance: Maintaining up‑to‑date process documentation, improving SOPs, and contributing to knowledge sharing and internal transparency for all data quality workflows.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Experienced as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or in Master Data Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent Excel skills; comfortable with large datasets
Experience with any BI tool (Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
Strong English communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring tasks independently
Proactive, organized, and committed to accuracy
Ability to work with international teams and cross functional stakeholders
Strong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and navigate complex, evolving processes.
Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of POS or CRM data flows
Understanding of basic SQL
Experience with data governance or cleansing processes
