CSG Professional Services Analytics team supports the Professional Services business within the post sales group of Salesforce (CSG). We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Analyst for the Center of Excellence (COE) Analytics team. This individual will contribute to our efforts in transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights and dashboards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Use Tableau to create interactive and intuitive visualizations Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g., key datasets, business drivers/KPIs). Build predictive analytics models to forecast trends and early warning signals in key business areas.
* Assist in wrangling data sets using Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau to discover patterns, correlate findings and measure the impact on business and key metrics.
* Know how to extract, manipulate and transform data. Basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
* Automate manual reporting processes, develop data warehouse catalog and improve dataset quality. Partner with data engineering team to create, manage and improve data pipelines.
* Maintain data accuracy, audits and robust data solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
* Good knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow, ETL, Data pipelines, Tableau Prep builder.
* Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and the best use of them including CRMA and Tableau.
* Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts.
* Nice to have knowledge of Python programming language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis and aggregation
* Background in professional services or SaaS industry Hands on experience with any of the following tools: Tableau, Relational databases, Salesforce, Programming (ETL frameworks) or any other analytics/data science tool.
* Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
