Job Description
Your role involves overseeing and supporting daily processes related to Data Quality, Data Delivery, and Program Delivery for Big Data services.
As a Data Domain Architect Analyst in the Data Analytics group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Commercial Bank's investments in business process tools. Your responsibilities will include improving client experiences, streamlining internal processes, and utilizing data to uncover valuable insights and opportunities for our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with your local manager and global financial operations teams to achieve strategic goals and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with global team to ensure timely and quality data to various business finance, operations and technology functions.
- Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations and technology partners globally.
- Provide timely communications on impacts/deliverables between geographically diverse teams.
- Oversee 3000+ data feeds in order to gather, process and publish daily reporting to Qlik Dashboards, Cubes, and Data Services. Ensure SLAs are met.
- Identify, analyze and resolve data quality and processing issues.
- Identify, analyze and work on various process improvements on a continual basis.
- Conduct testing of new functional releases aimed at improving the operations cycle.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- BS/BA degree
- 2+ years of experience executing against Production environment Operating Models spanning business lines within the financial services industry to support activities related to Controls definition and execution.
- Ability to adapt and adopt to a changing business landscape
- Ability to focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion
- Strong relationship management skills
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience with Big Data environments.
- Agile methodology understanding is a plus.
- AWS certification is a plus.
