Data Domain Architect Lead Vice President - Data Annotation

Job Description
Dive deep into AI data to create meaningful insights and drive business results. As a Data Domain Architect & Annotation Lead in the Consumer and Community Bank, you will lead the annotation and analysis process for our Conversational AI and Search products. You will apply your technical knowledge and annotation expertise across multiple applications and scope, supporting our strategic objectives and ensuring conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures. This role will manage 5-8 annotators.
Job responsibilities

• Leads the end-to-end annotation process and reporting
• Supports and contributes to the annotation and delivery of insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions
• Evaluates information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
• Validates hypotheses, mitigates risks, and optimizes solutions
• Supports the development of predictive NLP models and data insights
• Leverages new tools to label prepared datasets
• Identify, promote, and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals set by leadership.
• Support employees' success through establishing clear processes and success metrics
• Gathers and supports collaboration on functional requirements from stakeholders and translates them into technical and data requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience leading data annotation or related fields
• Experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
• Management experience
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to support the development of accurate conclusions
• Strong project management skills
• Experience using JIRA and working in agile

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred linguists, NLP or data science background
