Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and Teradata
- Build scalable data solutions supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives
- Develop and support workflow orchestration using Airflow
- Perform data analysis, data quality validation, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
- Implement CI/CD and code management practices using GitHub and GitHub Copilot
- Support production deployments, issue resolution, and operational monitoring
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or ETL development
- Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python, and UNIX
- Experience with Airflow and GitHub/GitHub Copilot
- Solid SQL and data modeling skills
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data engineering support for ML workloads
- Proven excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Healthcare domain experience with Customer, Member, and Provider data
