Role : BackEnd Developer with Data Engineering expertise  – DCCA 

Number of positions : 1

We are looking for a Backend Developer with Data Engineering expertise to develop and optimize our backend services while managing data pipelines and storage solutions. 

You will be working in the Marketing and Sales department which manages all applications related to the Marketing and the Selling activities. 

We need someone with the following qualifications : 

Qualification & Experience: 

● Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 5-6 years of experience in the domain

• Professional experiences developing applications (.Net Framework, Python, Javascript)

• Proven experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data transformation.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Advanced level of English.

Key responsibilities 

• Data  Activities:

• Analyze and understand the existing SSIS/SSAS packages and workflows.

• Maintain and troubleshoot current SSIS/SSAS packages to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Document existing processes and workflows for knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and improve existing databases (SQL, NoSQL)

• BackEnd Development: 

• Experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, 

• Experience in development tools, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, GITHub),

• Experience of server-side development

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

• Support team members on the new Skywise platform.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status.

• Strong Development skills on those technologies:

• .Net Framework, .Net Core 

• Java, Javascript

• SQL

• Batch script

• Python

• Database performance analysis and optimization (Oracle knowledge would be a plus)
