We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team in Warsaw! You will be part of a team that aims to bring engine, game development tools and gameplay systems to the next level. That means working with various data structures and formats, creating neural networks, innovating together with our internal teams and collaborating with world’s top-tier tech companies.

Daily Responsibilities

• Analysis and interpretation of complex data from games including engine data, storage formats, telemetry and performance metrics.
• Designing and implementing statistical and machine learning models.
• Collaborating with data engineers, ML engineers and game developers to understand problems and create new solutions.
• Conducting A/B experiments and hypothesis testing to assist in decision-making related to game development.
• Implementing predictive models into production environments, then monitoring and optimizing their performance post-deployment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience with Symbolic AI would be a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Python; C++ would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with implementing and optimizing predictive models in a production environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services related to data science and machine learning (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• A genuine passion for games and an understanding of the gaming industry.
