Title: Data Transformation Analyst - I
General Requirements and Job Duties:
Understand and interpret the technical data available in Component Manufacturer datasheets such as Electrical attributes, Part Status and life cycle related attributes, Product discontinuance notices, Product change notifications, Environmental compliance information, etc. of an electronic/mechanical device, adhering to SLA and deliver the data as per set Quality
Ensurecompliance to customer and quality requirements. Provide support to other engineering functions during development and production. Provide technical advice via e-mail /call to customers.
Specific Job Duties:

• Interpret, Analyse and Match Customer part numbers and Manufacturer part numbers with Parts in Product.
• Good Communication- Written/Verbal along with good Interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to communicate independently with customers (both Internal and external).
• Partner with in-house Product Specialists to collaborate & share customer feedback, understand strategic roadmaps.
• Manage escalations on service levels, product performance and customer relations.
• Monitor, identify and resolve all lifecycle, environmental, technical issues and assist various teams to identify and substitutes for components.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure on Power BI will be added advantage.

Required Education:

• Graduate in Engineering - Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience

Required Experience:

• BE with at least 2-4 Years in similar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of internet applications
• Candidates should possess good knowledge on various electronic components and basic functions, RoHS and REACH, Part lifecycle and Exposure to Bill of Materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills to adhere to deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to work independently by coordinating with internal teams`
• Responsible for Error free deliveries with TAT
