Job Description:

Performs complex research and analysis and ensures compliance with established information technology principles. Manages professional and support level employees within specific disciplines in information technology. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries such as coordinating the development of highly complex systems while improving quality, timing and cost.

Job Duties include:

• Architect complex solutions across Oracle technology deployments partnering with other IT and business areas
• Create and implement disaster recovery plans
• Lead one or more technical groups comprised of employees and contingent workforce
• Investigate and encourage the use of AI, automation and orchestration
• Support and maintain ITIL-based service management with Solventum hosting partners
• Provide technical and team leadership for one or more SME and/or managed service teams
• Represent Data Platforms in cross-team opportunities, service outages, and other engagements
• Develop solutions for multi-faceted, interrelated, and complicated problems, which require strong analytical skills and significant interpretation of data
• Engage with vendors and other external partners to develop, implement and maintain solutions in line with technology roadmap
• Communicate complex technical designs and issues to non-technical audiences
• Assist Data Platforms Senior Manager with strategic planning in areas of technology, AI, team competency/upskill, and business alignment
