Experience Design Operations Manager
Driving Operational Excellence in Design: Strategic Leadership, Data-Driven Insights, Seamless and High-quality Delivery workflows, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Your Role:
You’ll enable design excellence by streamlining operations, driving data-based decisions, and aligning processes with Philips’ strategic goals. You’ll remove barriers, optimize workflows, and ensure teams deliver impactful experiences globally.
Impact: Your work empowers designers to focus on creativity while you build systems that scale and improve efficiency across the organization.
Team & stakeholders: Join the Experience Design Operations & Tools team, collaborating with design leaders, IT, Finance, Procurement and external partners to integrate design operations into business strategies.

You’re the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years proven experience in design operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally within a global organization.
Your skills include strengths in data analysis, KPI development, and process optimization, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Business, or a related field.
You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, operate autonomously, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
