Job DescriptionExperience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI chatbot platform
- Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Support deployment and maintenance of Python microservices and OpenAI-based components
- Implement and manage containerization workflows using Docker and Kubernetes
- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of the chatbot ecosystem
- Implement automated testing stages within CI/CD pipelines (unit, functional, regression, smoke tests)
- Establish quality gates to prevent unstable releases
- Participate in root cause analysis, production incident reviews, and reliability improvements
- Contribute to documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and test automation
