The Development Engineer II role involves developing and supporting Workday integrations, managing data transformations, and providing production support for Workday HR solutions.
Job Details:
- 4+ years of proven experience with workday integration development and support experience in Workday HR space
- Strong workday HCM background with extensive hands-on experience in developing workday integrations covering EIB’s, core connectors, cloud connectors, and Studio integrations Excellent analytic skills with deep understanding of workday reporting, calculated fields, and PRISM analytics
- Strong familiarity with the concepts covering workday webservices, SOAP and REST APIs Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution. Solid understanding of workday security model to manage ISSG/ISU with integration concepts Exemplary knowledge in defining custom developments with Studio integrations and BIRT development skills
- Should possess strong knowledge in web developments and data formats including XML/JSON, WSDL,SSL,SAML and HTTP protocols etc.
- Expertise in managing data transformations, optimizations with xslt and its attributes
- Strong knowledge and understanding on Integration architecture which enables to build custom integrations
- Excellent hands on in data conversions and data transformations into workday from external/legacy systems
- Willing to work in sun model to adapt to Global workflow business model
- Must be able to work and resolve incidents and cases to provide production support.
- Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution
