Nexaminds is actively looking for a Mid Devops Engineer to join forces with our valued client, a top HCM technology provider trusted by HR, payroll, and benefits professionals nationwide. With over 2500 employees, they're dedicated to revolutionizing the employee experience. Together, we streamline processes, empower HR heroes, and drive impactful change across organizations.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Devops Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
- Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, Github, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong skills with Python or equivalent, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
- Deep understanding of both development and operations processes
- Strong technical background with a passion for learning and adapting to new tools and practices
- Strong scripting skills for automation • Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Job duties
- Deploy product releases, updates, and enhancements
- Some development and maintenance of user interface controls, business logic, and SQL Server stored procedures using isolved coding standards
- Ensure new features and improvements are integrated efficiently into existing systems
- Identify and troubleshoot production errors and issues
- Work closely with other developers to resolve issues promptly
- Create integrations to enhance users’ experiences, connect services, automate processes, and improve overall system performance
- Actively seek ways to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance collaboration between development and operations
- Design and implement IT infrastructure
- Establish best practices for infrastructure as code and cloud deployment strategies
