About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DevSecOps Architect to lead our organization's DevOps transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle, security best practices, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient DevOps pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- DevSecOps Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and enforce DevOps standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a DevOps culture.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Design and implement IaC solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD):
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Implement security checks and vulnerability scanning into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Cloud Security:
- Collaborate with security teams to implement security controls and best practices.
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.
- Implement security tools and technologies to protect applications and infrastructure.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Foster a culture of automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies
- Extensive Experience in DevSecOps Tools – SAST, DAST, Container Security, Secrets Management, IAM
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of security best practices and tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, security testing tools)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications:
- Overall 10-12 years of experience in AWS, DevOps & DevSecOps
- AWS Certifications preferred
