Run and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, configure UTM and conversion tracking, analyze website behavior through recordings and heatmaps, conduct audience, creative, and landing-page tests, and produce weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to run our paid campaigns day to day. You own execution; strategy and creative come from us.
That means we will hand you the positioning and the assets, and you will get the campaigns live, tracked properly, and honestly reported. The part that matters most is the last one: we want to know what actually converts, not what looks good in a dashboard.
What You'll Do
- Set up, launch and manage our paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Wire up UTM tracking correctly and consistently, following our internal tagging convention.
- Make sure conversion tracking and analytics are configured properly, so the numbers can be trusted.
- Review website session recordings and heatmaps to see where visitors actually drop off.
- Run small, honest tests on audiences, creatives and landing pages, and report what worked and what did not.
- Produce a weekly report on spend, cost per enquiry and cost per sale, with your own read on what to change next.
- Flag anything that looks broken or wasteful early rather than at month end.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience setting up campaigns in Google Ads or Meta Ads, whether through coursework, a personal project or a previous internship.
- Understanding of UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and why attribution goes wrong.
- Comfortable in Google Analytics 4 or a similar analytics tool.
- Genuinely numerate, and willing to report a bad result accurately rather than dress it up.
- Curious about the customer: happy to watch twenty session recordings to find one insight.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, statistics or any related field.
- Available for a 6-month full-time paid internship in Bangalore.
Benefits
- A paid internship with a monthly stipend.
- A real budget to manage, with proper guardrails and direct guidance.
- Mentorship from BEMPU's founder, who currently runs these campaigns.
- Work on a product that parents genuinely need, which makes the marketing far more rewarding.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
