We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing authority to join our marketing team. This role is critical in driving our digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and run digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Adobe Ads, and Paid Social Media platforms (LinkedIn and Meta)
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators and return on investment goals
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to achieve departmental goals
• Handle the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in handling search ads (Google, Bing), programmatic display (Google, Adobe), and social media advertising (LinkedIn, Meta).
• 1+ years managing a team, with proven leadership skills
• Consistent track record of developing and implementing digital marketing tactics
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and social skills, collaborating with team members and internal business partners
• Proficiency in using Paid Digital Marketing Channel tools and platforms (i.e: Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Meta Advertising, Adobe Ad Cloud)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry
• Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Meta Advertising
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
