With a flat organizational structure, we place a strong emphasis on trust and autonomy. Our culture encourages proactive problem-solving, and we value employees who take the initiative rather than expecting a traditional corporate approach.

Who Are We Looking For:

We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive B2B Digital Marketer who thrives on taking ownership and solving challenges independently. You ask the right questions without waiting for prompts, seek constructive feedback, and hold yourself accountable for operational success.

We value a marketer who not only delivers results but is also a collaborative problem-solver, aligning closely with both marketing and sales teams to build a strong pipeline for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) aligned with sales objectives.
  • ICP Targeting & Prospecting: Identify, research, and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for effective prospecting and lead generation, ensuring alignment with the sales team.
  • Messaging & Intent Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing lead to craft tailored messaging, understanding audience pain points and intent to maximize engagement.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical challenges related to campaign tools like LinkedIn Helper, email marketing platforms, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Email Deliverability Management: Monitor and optimize email deliverability metrics (open rate, click rate, IP health, etc.) using tools/relevant platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between strategy and sales, working within the marketing team and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless pipeline development.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and implement data-driven strategies to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency.
  • Tool Expertise: Maintain and manage campaign tools, ensuring they’re optimized for best results and aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • CRM: Managed and maintained data integrity in CRM to track prospects and keep records updated.

It is a 100% Remote opportunity with an overlap of 7pm IST to 12 am IST.
