As a Senior Product Associate on the Digital Payments team, you play a pivotal role by utilizing your expertise in product development and optimization to drive meaningful impact. You harness user research and customer feedback to innovate and enhance our product offerings. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you are instrumental in shaping the future of our products and ensuring their ongoing success.
Job responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that align with customer and market needs through user research and discovery.
- Consider and plan for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on potential product features that add value to customers.
- Collaborate across team boundaries to gather requirements, prioritize them, and communicate to downstream units for implementation.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to facilitate product development.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met with the appropriate scope and quality.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Possess over 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related field.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and comprehend the implications of implementation on the product.
- Exhibit a keen eye for user experience and end-to-end user journeys.
- Hold proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, with experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
