The Opportunity

As the Director for Adobe Express in India, you will drive the product’s growth and adoption in close partnership with global and India leadership. You’ll define the strategic vision, influence product direction, and lead go-to-market execution to make Adobe Express a household name across India’s fast-evolving SMB and creator ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy: Build and execute the business vision and operating plan to drive record adoption and engagement for Adobe Express in India.
• Shape the market: Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the SMB, creator, and digital professional ecosystems - turning Express from discovery to daily use.
• Influence the product: Partner with global teams to embed an India-first perspective into product and PLG priorities, ensuring local needs shape global roadmaps.
• Architect the ecosystem: Forge partnerships with technology platforms, creator communities, and industry collaborators to amplify reach and impact.
• Drive growth at scale: Orchestrate go-to-market activations, co-marketing initiatives, and integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and community channels.
• Be the face and voice of Express: Represent Adobe externally with customers, partners, media, and at industry forums - championing creativity for all.
• Lead and inspire: Build and mentor a high-performing, entrepreneurial team known for bold ideas, creative storytelling, and flawless execution.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology-led or consumer-driven businesses, with proven success scaling adoption of innovative products.
• Growth leadership: Demonstrated experience leading the 0 → 1 → 10 journey - from launch to scale - in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Ecosystem credibility: Deep connections across India’s technology, SMB, and creator networks, with the ability to influence CXO-level partnerships.
• Strategic storytelling: Mastery in crafting product narratives and positioning that resonate across diverse audiences.
• Cross-functional impact: Proven ability to partner effectively with global product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Executive presence: Strong communicator and thought leader, confident in high-visibility platforms and media settings.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity - balancing vision with hands-on execution.
