Role Summary
The STAR .NET Developer will be working on the .NET framework for STAR, both for new development as well as updates for existing solutions. In addition, the role will be supporting client requests and needs, interacting with account teams, as needed, and monitor performance and provide support as needed. This role will need to work during US Eastern Time hours (8 am – 5 pm)
Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions of which the data is consistent, available, and accurate and fit for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure the quality of BI products and deliverables.
- Perform hands-on design, development, configuration and testing of BI solutions and dashboards for new and existing business metrics.
- Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and data collection application engineers.
- Monitor everyday activities of STAR, and provide required support
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as software developer, with experience with following: C#, relational databases, SQL Server, stored procedures , Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC, Html, Css, Javascript, Web services, Jquery, Angular
- Data ops environment. We are an agile team where we all wear many hats.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred but not required
- Advanced SQL query skills, capable of identifying data trends and how it relates to the user requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in a mixed team of developers, testers, and subject matter experts.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow issues through to resolution and be proactive.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence, with strong customer focus
