🔍 Role Overview: Dynatrace SRE Enablement Consultant
Key Objectives:
Enable SRE teams to achieve end-to-end business observability using Dynatrace
Integrate custom business-critical metrics via Python
Design and deliver business-centric dashboards
Correlate technical anomalies to business impact with AI-based root cause analysis
Monitor key processes across SAP BTP and Kubernetes infrastructure
🔧 Required Skills:
Deep expertise in Dynatrace (architecture, Metrics API, dashboarding, tagging, alerting)
Strong experience in Python scripting for observability use cases
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes monitoring
Familiarity with SAP BTP services and their integration/monitoring
Knowledge of Java, GoLang, Node.js (used in monitored services)
Ability to coach and mentor SRE teams through collaborative learning
